LABORERS
Duties and responsibilities include general construction site labor, mixing and pumping grout, cement work, operating handheld rock drills, and slope work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time. The ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must. Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents and other coworkers, and demonstrate safe work habits.
Drillers
Duties and responsibilities include: Operating pneumatic and hydraulic rock drills with top hammers and down-the-hole hammers, wagon drilling, including rope access work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time. The ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must. Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits. The ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required.
Rock Scalers
Duties and responsibilities include: Previous rock scaling, SPRAT, and/or IRATA certification is preferred but not required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work on steep slopes in a rope access harness for extended periods of time. Must be reliable, able to take direction from superintendents, and demonstrate safe work habits. The ability to work on other aspects of the project when needed is also required.
Site Superintendent
Previous experience in project site management is a must. Previous experience in slope stabilization work is preferred but not required. Requirements include excellent communication skills, organization, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work well with others, including fellow employees and owner's representatives. The ability to travel throughout the United States for extended periods of time is a must.
